[78-L] RCA dealers' phono?

For two 6K6GTs in push pull, my RCA tube manual RC 23 (1964) shows 9.8 watts
at 4% THD for 285 volts on plate and screen, cathode bias, and 10.5 watts at
6% THD for 285 volts plate and screen, fixed bias.
