[78-L] Haydn question

It's always fun trying to figure what you really have on some of these early
LPs derived from European tapes. Here's one on Plymouth, Music of the Rococo,
including something labelled as "Nocturne in 3 movements" by Haydn. WERM
identifies this as Notturno No. 7 in C Major, but online sources list Notturno
#7 as being in F. So what do I have here? The piece is clearly in C.
