[78-L] Ormandy records (was: Inocuous premieres

Ormandy HATED to be reminded of his early theatre orch records.  I think 
it was Don Wetzel who told the story that when he or someone he knew 
handed Ormandy a copy of a Dr. Eugene Ormandy Capitol Theatre Salon Orch 
on OKeh Electric to autograph, he broke it in half rather than autograph it!
