No, the earliest is probably Jack Hylton's recording of "Feelin' Kind O' 
Blue" on HMV B-2072, recorded on June 22, 1925. At least this is the 
earliest HMV electrical, according to Rust/ Forbes' "British Dance Bands 
On Record"
