The idea was that AFRS recordings (like V-Discs in earlier decades)
were issued on a performer-royalty-free basis; therefore, ANY
attempt to reissue them is inherently illegal! This makes the reissue
(and, technically, the possession) of such recordings TOTALLY
illegal...!
