My version of Kentucky Babe is 19104 and is on a Columbia Dance Record. The matrix for the opposite side is 39331. Picture of the Kentucky Babe side is here, 4th row of labels down:

Volume II of the Columbia Books has Kentucky Babe with matrix 19104 ("replacing
3055") and recorded November 10, 1910. Both versions are said to have appeared
on double-disc A-866 but the later one is likely the one to have been used on
the demo. 16349 should be twelve-inch, per the note re matrix series in
Columbia Book 1 ("trials, special, personal")..could it be 15349? I don't have
the disc handy, but 15000 and up is the ten-inch equivalent of that series.
