[78-L] eBay situation_any advice?

I was tempted by that dealer's offerings before but after looking over his feedback I decided to pass.  To me it just isn't worth the suspense and drama.  There are plenty of reputable 78 sellers on ebay.  Just like in a mall you have to use common sense in shopping.
