[78-L] Acoustic disc playback speed?

Not in many 20s dance band charts; I just played a Georgia Melodians Edison this morning where the last chorus was in F and the last chord was a sudden transition to D flat.

IIRC, a song always (?) resolves to the key on the last note of the piece.  I could be wrong, but it's worked for me.
