No. Scrappy Lambert was a real person who, as far as I know, used Norman 
Wallace and John Vincent as pseudonyms. Unless, of course, there 
actually was a bandleader by the name Norman Wallace who had Lambert in 
as the vocalist. This I am not sure of.
