[78-L] Add mp3 support to Audacity

What's this about multiverse suppositories?

"Be sure to have multiverse repositories enabled!"

I've done this..still need to find out why every time I open LAME from the 
desktop it asks if I want to run it. Yeah, we already did that bit.
