It is worth noting that these "recreational" drugs were generally legal at
that time...!

(who was in the USAF at that time [1967-70] and recalls well all the
"tourists" who were hitchhiking around Europe in search of cheap and
generally legal hashish...! And yes, I DID inhale...!)
