If these were previously issued sides they are not "bootlegs" but are 
"pirates".  "Bootlegs" are ONLY unauthorized issues of UNISSUED 
material.  Unless these were alternate takes, they are "pirates".

Bootlegs, Pirates, and Counterfeits are three distinctly different 
things and these terms are what have been accepted as legal terminology 
in courts of law if you do not misuse them.
