[78-L] Pachelbel for a Buck

Seems like ancient history now, but the Pachelbel Canon thing seems to have
started with the Musical Heritage Society's teaser; full page ads in High Fidelity
and the Saturday Review (remember them?).  Join the Society and you get the
J.F.Paillard LP of the Canon for only one dollar, no additional S&H.
Somewhere in my archives is a 10" 78 of it played, very fast, by the Arthur Fiedler Sinfonietta.
