[78-L] Great Artists at Their Best

I'm looking at my copy of Art of Rachmaninoff Vol. 1, on CAL-396.

On the back is a list of other LPs in this series of reissues on RCA 
Camden. Great Artists at Their Best shows Volumes 1 (conductors), 3 
(Operatic Stars), and 4 (Instrumentalists)....but no 2.

So what was the category for Vol. 2? And why is it not listed, was it 
w/d from the catalog by 1957? (which is the copyright in the liner notes 
for the SVR LP)

Just curious.
