[78-L] Rex (vertical) 5300

Picked up this disc recently along with a pile of other Rex discs.  Does anyone else have this disc?  Mine has the same song on both sides.  The labels are different.  It shows side A as being "Is There Still Room for Me 'Neath the Old Apple Tree?  It has 5300A stamped into the dead wax but the matrix number is the same as it is for side B (mx. 0868) which is "Are You From Dixie?"  The label correctly shows this song title, is Side B and 5300B is stamped as well. 

So, the question is whether anyone has 5300 and can you tell me if Side A is indeed "Is There Still Room..." and what is the matrix number?
