[78-L] First eBay problem

Upsetting for sure.

However, with delivery confirmation, the seller's position is reasonable.  Otherwise, what is the point of purchasing the confirmation?  I myself would continue to buy from this seller.

Complaints with the Postal Inspectors?  In my experience, this system is a charade, inadequately staffed and managed.  My local post office told me discretely not to bother with the inspectors.  Check out where a lot of USPS money goes./steve
