[78-L] MGM's Shorts

Hello,
A while back someone kindly sent me a DVD with the Roesner Capitolians 
short that contains the "Hottest Band In The Land" segment. It has 
become unplayable. I know I can get it off the web in low res, but I 
would like it in the hi res version if possible.. Does anyone have a 
copy of it that they could send me? Will pay of course.
Is this the same one that is on the Dream Factory DVD set?
