[78-L] Kukla, Fran and Ollie

The "Fran" in Kukla, Fran and Ollie was Fran Allison, who recorded some 78's
for (IIRC) Victor.

That was a big deal here for decades. For that matter, Mr. Rogers got his
start 
On television up in Canada. Friendly Giant used some good local jazz
musicians.
