[78-L] Rudy Vallee VICTOR Chinese Japanese??

I just founf a Rudy Vallee  78 VICTOR 21880  all printed in English expet the bottom of the label which has either Chinese or Japanese characters [[or both]  any thoughts??

hanks I got what I needed. My friend seemed to think that Frankie Yankovic or 
ne of his band members was involved with this recording because his name had 
urned up on a session card having to do with this paritcular recording--yeah 
trange I know but I did what I could to help out.
