Hi Wade - looks like you mistakenly posted to 78-L, but I'll go ahead 
and answer it hear for the benefit of all.

Your customer ID is only used for the online bidsheet, not for 
Resource Catalog orders. To purchase the book, simply go to click on 
the Resource Catalog button, then Discographies, Books & Catalogs, 
then Label Guides and Histories. You'll see it there.
