Owners of domains are publicly accessible. I used "whois" to find out 
who runs this site. It's run by Tucows, which used to be an excellent 
site of obtaining shareware and freeware, but now is basically the same 
sort of thing, old links that often lead to other sites trying to sell 
garbage. In other worlds, a ghost site full of traps. More Internet 
space trash.
