List the ACTUAL information in your database (this is what future
users will be seeking...!) and then add explanatory comments to the
relevant data record (put a Memo field in your database for such
entries).

Note that I am trying to assemble an "ultimate" discographic database;
sadly, that aim became MUCH more difficult after entrusting my computer
to a self-described "expert!!"

The logical basis for such an "ultimate" data collection is the "Abrams
Files"...they MAY(?) still be downloadable from Ron Fial's 78rpm.com
web site...?!
