Thanks for the confirmation. (I forgot to get down to the rekkud room  
yesterday.)

Just found a copy of Victor 27464 on the Dock-o'-the-'Bay with a  
label scan: 27464-B is definitely credited as "Jan Savitt & his Top  
Hatters." There were also several Savitt Deccas, all of which read  
"...And His Orchestra." And an ARA by Savitt goes back to the Top  
Hatters billing.
