In fact, Oshawa had a flourishing Ukranian minority (its best-known landmark

an onion-domed church adjoining the 401!) who came to work in its then-
flourishing automobile industry after WWI. There was also a Ukranian record
label pressed and sold here; Horst W. gave me some examples thereof. My
computer data is no longer available AFAIK...!
