There appear to be 3 sets of catalog numbers for the George Avakian 3-lp series "THE BIX BEIDERBECKE STORY"

GL 507-509
CL 844-846

The ML and GL covers have a BIX design
The CL covers have a CORNET design

Were either of these designs used for any 78rpm album releases?
What are the release dates for the 3 series?

The BIX design was used on a late European release - was that LP or CD or both - can
someone supply the catalog numbers.
