[78-L] Barney Rapp Victor test

This info was under our noses in Kinkle all the time (Barry Wood being Barney 
Rapp's brother). Never knew it.  I always assumed Barney shortened his name 
from Rappoport or Rappaport, which probably happened in an earlier generation, 
maybe at Ellis Island. NOBODY would really be named Rapp.
