There have also been sellers who listed themselves as not accepting offers from 
outside the US. My shipping address is in Lewiston and my feedback record 
speaks for itself, but I missed a number of items (which didn't sell) because 
of not being able to get the seller to lift this restriction in time. It's the 
"ca" in my address that does it..so you're sunk when you're using eSnipe when 
this is in place.
