I just purchased a CD of Wingy Manone from Denmark(The Wingy Manone Collection 
Vol.3 1934-35)\and the final track is by Russ Morgan:"Sliphorn Sam" with Wingy 
Manone on the vocal.It's was record-
ed on 3 May 1935.The matrix number listed is:CO-1746-1.Is this a Columbia 
recording?

Prof. Lennick,  pop a couple of Tums to get your stomach under control,  and 
discard your prejudice...as I said,  there is plenty of fine jazz to be 
found on Martin records.  Check out their ARC version of Here You Come With 
Love (as Hotel Bossert Orch) for great guitar work  by George Van Eps,  nice 
piano from Terry Shand,  fine trumpet,  etc.

The Van Eps Dance Orchestra on ARC of Neighbors is an outstanding hot dance 
side.
