They've had it for a while, and Amazon ordered another batch the other week so 
it's gone into its "second printing". Sales have slowed down, according to the 
Hepster..come on, people, let's start buying! It's a great CD! Doug did 
magnificent work on it! And no, I don't have copies for sale either.

Note..some sites display an earlier version of the cover photo that was used as 
a prototype before the disc was issued. Check your local Google site for
