"By The Side Of The Omelette Sea" was recorded Jan. 26, 1927 in New
York. Released on Gennett 6046, Champion 15217, Silvertone 8306,
Supertone 1926, and Aco GA 20009 (England), all as -B sides.
The reverse "The Worst Rose Of Summer" (the laughing record) was the -A
side for all Omelette releases.
I do not show a Challenge release so what's the number, Sean?
And, Taylor, the ledgers show the flip side of Omelette is as indicated
above. Can you dig out your copy and let us know if there actually is an
alternate flip and what it is?
Thanks,
Mal
