[78-L] Gennett Art Tone (off on a typical 78-L tangent)

Whoops.  This discussion reminds me that I forgot to tell Mike Sherman
and Kurt Nauck -- who have probably done all of the final touches on the
FANTASTIC forthcoming Victor label book -- the name that Victor actually
called what we call the Scroll label:  "Octagon Design".  I saw it many
times in Victor documents.
