I believe that OKeh recording was used on a Walter Lantz cartoon years ago.It
seems to me I saw it on a Saturday morning cartoon show out of Portland,Oregon
years ago.

Subject: [78-L] Okeh?
A few days ago I inquired about Okeh 4678. No one here responded but
another collector responded to my eBay posting of these two records
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/6666461/4678.jpg
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/6666461/4678Louis.jpg
with this explanation.....
After Louis moved his contract to Victor in 1932, Victor issued a side
called "Laughin' Louie" where Armstrong and orch. parodied the
OKeh Laughing Record, by then a very well known release from 1922. I
bet this was just an attempt to compete.
Any comments......
