[78-L] Help dating a few classical records

While on the subject of AT, were there any pieces he recorded 
commercially but did not broadcast? (not everything performance was 
broadcast)

Were there any pieces that he played live but never recorded 
commercially? (Besides Brahms Concerto #1)?
