I'm not aware of these being issued on CD.

There's a CD of the Farr Brothers' Standard, Thesaurus and Orthacoustic 
ETs on Country Music (UK) RFD CD 11. This overlaps the JEMF by a few 
tracks. Don't have the Cattle.
