Well, thanks for the update on the more famous Bob Nolan...as shocking as
it may be to some, I've not really listened to much of the SOTP on record,
nor had I Googled him to find out what he was doing in 1927.
I am relieved to find out that the Miller vocalist by the name of Bob Nolan
is not the same guy as the SOTP feller...the guy on some of the Miller
Brunswicks and the Sunny Meadows broadcasts is pretty bad, as I recall.
Cary, when I was a freshman at the U of Washington there was a guy in my
dorm named Harry James. You'll be relieved to know that I never knocked on
his door to ask him to play "You Made Me Love You."
I share the same name as my late father. I'd like to assume that I can also
play the saxophone as he did, but I don't do that either!!
