I've been doing it for 12 years now. I've had my share of breakage and chalked it up to experience. I've learned to examine what the seller has sold in the past and the comments they get. That will determine whether you can trust them or not. The buyer shares the responsibility sometimes. It's up to you to dictate to the seller if you want the items to be packed in a speciific way or not.
