Ron - that's the Castle from Portland, OR that was mostly the Castle Jazz
Band.

The Castle one in CA was just for the Castle Jazz Band, wasn't it?

>From my research I have found Bobby Linn recorded for a few labels
which are as follows:

CASTLE Records

"Honeymoon" / "In Cherry Blossom Time"      *****the one I own and
researching****

CADILLAC Records        ***Newspaper excert below*** #1****

Bobby Linn 139     "Lock Your Heart"/ "I Still Love Viola"   45rpm

CAMMAROTA Records   ***Link Below***#2***

Bobby Linn --- Graham Prince   25  "I Don't Have to Tell You That I
Love You" / "You Took Away The
Friends I Had Around Me"

This leaves me to wonder if my Castle record is the one in New York or
New Jersey and not the one in California.

Upstate Man Writes 'Pop' Song

A central New Yorker has written the words to a song that is being
played on local radio stations.  Milan Rohacek, 27 of Little Falls who
uses the name of Jack Lynn, wrote the song "Lock My Heart" which has

been recorded by Cadillac records. His first was a westren love song
entitled, "Our Last Goodnight."
"Lock My Heart" is a modern love ballad and is sung by Bobby Linn with
a musical arrangement by Graham Prince and his orchestra. It is
described as "a plea to the girls to lock their love in their heart
and

keep it there until the return of their fighting men."
