Yes, it's surprising to me that there isn't more negative feedback from
"buyer's" than there is. I rarely even leave neutral and have not left more
than a half dozen negatives in more than 11 years on eBay with approx.
10,000 transactions.
It's just best to keep in mind that on line sites and credit card companies
always side with the buyer against the seller.
