[78-L] Esquire's Hot Jazz Award Winners album Distribution question

The RCA Victor album was sold in stores just like any other album, but
remember there also a book that was supposed to come with a flexi record
that was not ready at the time of publication and had to be mailed to
purchasers. We discussed that record earlier this year. That might
have been what prompted the confusion.
