I was wondering the same thing. Warner Brothers missed an opportunity in the 
early 70s when they issued the Summer of 42 Theme as a ten-inch 
78..microgroove, but still mono. I think Alex Pangman's 78 (benefiting 
Hurricane Katrina victims) might have been stereo but mixed in such a way that 
I couldn't really tell.
