[78-L] What is Mostly Faz?

According to the label of Keynote K-659, the piece Mostly Faz is 
traditional. I wouldn't expect a traditional number to have a name 
like this (obviously named after Irving Fazola, the performer on this 
record). I don't recognize it, though. Can someone tell me what 
Mostly Faz really is?
