[78-L] Thunder Road

In 1958 British Capitol still released a few titles on 78 rpm (the last 
78 was issued late 1959), but "The Ballad Of Thunder Road" didn't get 
its British release until 1962 (when re-released in the US), so you can 
rule Britain out.
