This again is WRONG. How many times do we have to tell you that it is not the timing of the bids but the AMOUNT of the bid that wins.  It is not the last one in, it is the HIGHEST one in.  Sometimes that happens to be the FIRST bidder.  You still do not know what you are talking about.
