[78-L] Dwight Fiske

Hello,
 
I searching through a large collection of 78's (all UK and European).  Have found a twelve inch disc - presumably of US origin.   The original label is obscured by a ' Levy Brothers'  label.  They were importers into the UK during the late 1930's.
 
The titles are 'Two Horses and a Debutante / Mrs Pettigrew' :  Dwight Fiske.  I don't wish to disfigure the disc by removing the added label.
 
What is the original label please ??
