[78-L] Sleeves for 78 Albums

I've got 18 sleeves with holes. Unfortunately the hole centers are more like
2 3/8 from each edge and 5.25" apart, center to center.  Drat.

Yep -- for 10 inchers. Spacing is two inches in from the ends, then 6 
inches between:
