[78-L] 78s on Angel in the USA and Canada

Wrong..Victor continued to issue French product till 1957, on both VdSM and 
Victor 150000 series in Canada. Angel replaced Columbia. Pathe had existed as a 
Canadian 78 label for French product since the 40s, by the way. I've seen 
hundreds of those, all master pressings.
