All I can frind about Henry Troy is that he was the lyricist of "Cake Walking Babies from Home."
 
Has anyone seen or heard these records, or can account for the missing ones? Do the 4-digit Apex matrices correspond to the Montreal studio? The artists were based in NYC; perhaps these were recorded by a NY based studio?
 
I'd had no idea Chris Smith ever recorded anything.
