[78-L] no German Gennetts?

An answer to my question regarding why there are no Gennett products out 
of Germany (while there were trade agreements with Britain and France) 
came back courtesy Rick Kennedy, the author of "Jelly Roll, Bix And 
Hoagy", a book about Gennett records, et al.
Rick interviewed Henry Gennett's grandson a number of years back and was 
basically told that they didn't do business with the enemy. Gennett made 
aircraft propellers during WWI.
