[78-L] Nice price-label

Interesting label, looks just a bit like an AFRS label from the 40s.

Was this label an attempt to mimic some other label? And were AFRS 
labels influenced by some earlier labels?

The one I picked up to compare has thin red and blue lines above and 
below the hole, total of 4 lines. Standirt has one thick red above and 
one thick blue below.
