I see irony in this article about the comeback of an antiquated format 
(that never was so good in the first place) is in a publication called 
THE TELEGRAPH!!!!!

Most of us were open-reel folks who never much liked cassettes in the 
first place.  But  you do have a point.  For instance, Steve Barr was 
able to resurrect a melted cassette -- what would have happened to a 78 
left on that same dashboard in the same sun??

One of the reasons I hated cassettes is that they were too damn small.  
They were too easy to lose.  NOW I deal with R-DATs, 8mm video, DV 
video, and CAMERA SD CARDS and those dang fool things are even smaller.  
Yesterday I was changing the mini-SD card in my phone and DROPPED IT,  
and it took me ten minutes to find the confounditandplaguetakeit thing.

SIZE MATTERS!!!
